Narong Intanate was a Group CEO of ECS Group, Singapore, which has subsidiaries in 6 countries. He was the founder of The Value Systems Co., Ltd., established in 1988 (currently named ‘VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'), and was among the pioneers in B2B e-commerce in Thailand. The Value Systems had successfully launched B2B e-commerce 2 years ahead of the Internet and e-commerce boom in Thailand. Narong had built VST ECS (Thailand) to be one of leading IT distributors with over 20 billion baht in annual revenue.
Narong holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, U.S.A.

Sopon Punyaratabandhu, one of the founders of Vnet Capital Co., Ltd., has over 35 years of experience in business management, venture capital, startups incubation, strategic advice, finance and corporate governance in various industries including IT, automotive, distribution, and retails.
Sopon was formerly an audit partner of Coopers & Lybrand in Thailand and President of the Thai Venture Capital Association.
Sopon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Fellow Member of the Thai Institute of Directors. He holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Thammasat University.
